Villa Jacaranda (458496)

Natursteinerne Villa mit privatem Pool in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage an der Nordküste Kretas, nur 4 km vom Mittelmeer. Die Villa ist von Olivenbäumen umgeben und liegt am Rande von Prines, einem ursprünglichen, griechischen Dörfchen. Rings um die Villa stehen fünf weitere Villen. Der typisch kretische Baustil mit Bögen und echten, 50 cm dicken Mauern sorgt für Kühle im Sommer und Wärme im Winter. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, und Wohnzimmer und Essküche bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, die Hügel und die Berge. Wegen der drei Schlafzimmer und des geräumigen Badezimmers ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr gut für Familien oder mehrere zusammen reisende Paare geeignet. Der große, runde Privatpool, die große Terrasse mit Grill und der schön angelegte Garten laden dazu ein, die griechische Sonne zugenießen. Auch von der Dachterrasse aus haben Sie eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung.
Etwa 7 km weiter befindet sich die Stadt Rethymnon mit Stränden und vielen Freizeiteinrichtungen. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist 4 km entfernt. Die Umgebung eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderer, die die Natur und die vielen Dörfer in den Bergen und Tälern entdecken können. Für Sonnenanbeter hält der Küstenstreifen nach Westen hin kilometerlange Sandstrände bereit, die sogar im Sommer ruhig sind.
Es wird 1 x pro Woche sauber gemacht.
